The predicted salary is between 22400 - 33600 £ per year.

Salary: £28,000

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30. Plus 1 in 5 Saturdays.

Holiday: 20 days holiday plus all bank holidays. Loyalty Bonus: After 2 years of service (1 day additional holiday and up to an extra 5 days after 7 years).

We are looking for a Rental Administrator to support and facilitate our truck & trailer hire operations, which includes curtainsiders, box trailers, double deckers and more.

Required Skills:

  • Must have a current driving license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and taking rental bookings
  • Making sure all compliance and rental agreements processed and sent to customers where applicable
  • Chasing and obtaining weekly rental purchase order numbers
  • Entering data on our internal billing platform ahead of accounts import
  • Processing de-hire damage and following customer SLA’s where applicable
  • Working closely with the rental team and reporting to the rental manager
  • To work in conjunction with the Operations team, to ensure short term hire vehicles are road worthy and compliant, and a “ready to rent” approach is maintained at all times
