Responsibilities
Consultants will choose their own hours and work from home as self‑employed agents initially. You will be responsible for independently sourcing placements, interacting with candidates and clients, and managing the administrative tasks associated with placements. A personal support assistant will help with advertising jobs on job boards, managing terms of business, and handling paperwork for placements.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience
- Access to a phone and computer
Compensation and Benefits
Our pay structure is simple: you keep 50% of everything you bill. There is no basic wage.
Example earnings:
- Current role: Base salary £25,000 + 10% commission, billing £20,000 per month (average earnings ~£3,800).
- With Buchan: 50% commission on £20,000 per month (average earnings ~£10,000).
Work from home is optional and you can choose a part‑time or full‑time schedule.
