My client is a principal contractor who requires an experienced Project Manager for the development arm of the group. They are delivering new build, design and build for residential projects up to the values ranging from £5-15 million.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and manage new build and design-and-build residential projects up to £5-15 million on behalf of the client’s development arm.
  • Apply contract management practices to the delivery of new build residential housing projects within the stated value range.

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter, highly organized individual.
  • Degree in property or construction.
  • Client-side experience with at least 12 years (or equivalent) of relevant work experience.
