We are looking for an estimator to work with the business in securing tender of demolition waste and see out the disposal. The ideal candidate will be a qualified estimator who has the ability to analyse tender documents, architectural drawings, BOQ, specifications and contracts. The successful candidate will work well as part of a team and ensure they represent the company to the highest of standards. The role will involve going on site and estimating and pricing up the cost for the removal of demolition waste. To arrange with management to clear demolition/construction waste to be disposed of by the company. The successful candidate will also be working closely with the BDM who will be bringing on new clients. You will be working in and around the London and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Estimate and price the removal of demolition waste, including on-site assessments.
  • Analyse tender documents, architectural drawings, BOQ, specifications and contracts.
  • Work with management to plan disposal of demolition/construction waste by the company.
  • Collaborate with the BDM to engage new clients and support business development.
  • Represent the company to high standards in all activities.

Qualifications

  • Qualified estimator with experience in tender analysis.
  • Ability to analyse tender documents, architectural drawings, BOQ, specifications and contracts.
  • Ability to work well in a team.

Compensation

Pay is up to 50k plus DOE plus company car or allowance.
