We are excited to be growing our People team, and this newly created HR Business Partner (HRBP) role will act as a strategic advisor to Managers across the business, supporting them in building high performing teams and delivering organisational growth. This role blends operational HR excellence with forward thinking people strategy, helping the business attract, develop and retain talent in a fast moving, customer centric environment.
You will be joining a close-knit HR team which comprises of an HR Director, HR Business Partner and an HR Advisor. You will be central in shaping a positive culture, driving workforce capability, and ensuring people practices enable commercial success in a sector defined by rapid technological change, supply chain agility, and strong partner relationships.
Principal Duties:- Build strong relationships with operational and commercial Managers across the business.
- Provide strategic HR insight to support business planning, organisational design, and workforce optimisation.
- Use workforce data and market insight to anticipate talent needs and guide decision making.
