My client are a leading and dynamic Design & Build company providing extensions and conversions for residential projects (average project values up to £200k). They require an experienced RIBA Architect who has good technical skills and will be working closely with other team members to deliver technical drawings. Experience in producing Technical Drawings for Tender and Building Regulations application is essential.
Qualifications and Skills
- RIBA level architect
- At least 2 years industry experience in a similar environment
- Previous experience of residential sector projects
- Proficient with CAD/ REVIT
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to produce the highest standard of work either autonomously or as part of the team
