Our client is a massive blue-chip telecoms company looking to start a new sales team to reach business customers, offering broadband, mobile, landlines and cloud solutions.
The position is a Lead Generation / Appointment Setting / Desk Sales Executive responsible for business development, upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities:- Lead Generation / Appointment Setting – identify and contact potential SME clients within the local territory.
- Business development – calling SMEs to gain new business and add to existing accounts.
- Upselling and cross-selling – identify opportunities to encourage further sales from existing clients.
- At least 1 year of telesales or appointment-setting phone experience.
- Strong sales executive experience, confident on the phone, and driven by results.
£25,000–28,000 Basic, depending on experience, with a realistic OTE of £55,000 after training and product knowledge.
