Our leading award winning architectural client is seeking a skilled Part 3 RIBA Architect, with an advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and good hand drawing skills for residential scheme design. You should have experience working with large developers on multi-unit (100 unit plus) housing schemes at all stages ideally.
Project management skills are also desired, working with contractors throughout design stages. CAD is primarily required, Revit experience is welcome but not essential. A minimum of seven years' experience is required mainly in the residential sector, with extensive project management experience for multiple residential projects.
A thorough understanding of planning and technical legislation is essential. Candidates should be capable of both producing and managing the production of feasibility schemes and planning application material unsupervised.
You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic, and able to work to tight deadlines effectively with colleagues, clients, and consultants. In return, they offer a pleasant working environment and excellent prospects for the right individual. Hybrid working option available after settling in.
