You will join a growing team of 4, which prides itself on its flexibility to meet the varied demands of customers. Although standard warehouse functions are a requirement, the ability to be flexible and able to assist in basic technical functions is ideal.
Principal Duties:
- Checking/booking in stock
- Warehouse replenishment
- Picking, packing and booking stock out
- Stock takes
- To carry out any reasonable tasks as and when requested by management
- To support us with Health and Safety and Risk Assessments where appropriate
- To ensure all paperwork is completed fully, filed or archived in the appropriate manner
- To assist all departments with any queries/requests made to the warehouse
- When requested to, liaise with couriers to ensure all items are tracked, shipped or collected promptly
Knowledge Skill Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is essential, along with the ability to listen and articulate effectively.
- To gradually learn and amass knowledge and a detailed understanding of Warehouse Procedures.
- Already have or can gain knowledge and experience of driving a forklift truck.
- Needs to be content to work in a semi-rural environment.
