Job Description
Our client, a principal contractor with expertise in various industries, is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team at the Hammersmith site on a permanent level.
This role involves leading the £150 million renovation of a commercial building in West London and will report directly to the Construction Director.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end redevelopment projects at a senior level.
You will need
- Engineering degree/diploma or related discipline or Trade Qualifications (Carpentry) or a minimum 5 years Site Management experience
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large scale high density residential, commercial or refurbishment projects
- Hands-on experience with reinforced concrete and structural steel development
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to deal with the whole financial and programmed planning elements of the project
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Package
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrate a high degree of responsiveness
In return, our client is offering a competitive salary package ranging from £70,000 to £80,000.
