We are looking for a Rental Controller / Administrator to support and facilitate our truck trailer hire operations, which includes curtain siders, box trailers, double deckers and more.
Required Skills:
- Must have a current driving license
- A good telephone manner
- Good attention to detail

- A good knowledge in IT
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and taking rental bookings
- Making sure all compliance and rental agreements processed and sent to customers where applicable
- Chasing and obtaining weekly rental purchase order numbers
- Entering data on our internal billing platform ahead of accounts import
- Processing de-hire damage and following customer SLA’s where applicable
- Working closely with the rental team and reporting to the rental manager
- To work in conjunction with the Operations team, to ensure short term hire vehicles are road worthy and compliant, and a “ready to rent” approach is maintained at all times
- Ensure customer Motor Insurance/Operators License all updated on a FOX on a daily basis
- Ensure that upon delivery of all rental vehicles the necessary paperwork is delivered, and returned in a timely manner
