My client are an award winning architectural practice based in Chelmsford, Essex and are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician who is qualified to HNC standard.
A good knowledge of AutoCAD is essential and a minimum of two years' experience is required working on residential projects.
A good understanding of the Building Regulations and NHBC Standards is preferable.
Candidates should have experience of producing working drawings and construction details, along with a good understanding of the planning process.
You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic, able to work to tight deadlines and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
