My client are an award winning architectural practice based in Chelmsford, Essex and are seeking an experienced post-grad Architectural Technician to grow their career with the company, who is qualified to HNC standard with a good knowledge of AutoCAD.
As the successful candidate you will have at least 1 year post-qualification experience, working on residential projects with a good understanding of the Building Regulations and NHBC Standards. Candidates should have experience of producing working drawings and construction details, along with a good understanding of the planning process.
You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic, able to work to tight deadlines and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
