The role?
We are looking for an experienced commercial property solicitor to provide commercially focused and pragmatic legal advice, taking ownership of a broad and varied remit.
Working as sole counsel, you will support the business across a range of commercial property matters, with a particular focus on investment acquisitions, disposals and asset management.
You will advise on commercial, construction, corporate, governance, regulatory and dispute matters, helping the business to identify, manage and **escalate** material legal risk.
The person?
You will bring substantial experience advising on complex commercial property transactions, and the ability to balance legal considerations with business objectives.
With a practical, solutions‑focused approach, you will demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, and the confidence to work autonomously as sole counsel.
Candidates should be qualified in England & Wales; dual qualified in Scots law would be highly beneficial, as would previous in‑house experience.
