The role?
We are looking for an experienced commercial property solicitor to provide commercially focused and pragmatic legal advice, taking ownership of a broad and varied remit.
Working as sole counsel, you will support the business across a range of commercial property matters, with a particular focus on investment acquisitions, disposals and asset management.
You will advise on commercial, construction, corporate, governance, regulatory and dispute matters, helping the business to identify, manage and escalate material legal risk.
The person?
You will bring substantial experience advising on complex commercial property transactions, and the ability to balance legal considerations with business objectives.
With a practical, solutions-focused approach, you will demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, and the confidence to work autonomously as sole counsel.
Candidates should be qualified in England & Wales; dual qualified in Scots law would be highly beneficial, as would previous in-house experience.
