For Bucci Industries UK Limited, based in Cheltenham, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer to support our IEMCA brand in the Birmingham area.

Stellenbeschreibung:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will support our customers by ensuring the performance and reliability of our machines directly on-site. You will be involved in the installation of new equipment, as well as in the maintenance and repair of existing machines.

You will carry out regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure safe and efficient operations, while using CRM tools for reporting and activity tracking.

In addition, you will train operators and maintenance teams at customers sites, acting as a key point of contact and contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction.

Anforderungsprofil:

We are looking for a hands‑on problem solver with at least two years of experience in technical service or maintenance roles, supported by a strong electrical background and solid expertise in wiring, schematics, diagnostics, and repairs, complemented by good mechanical skills. Experience working with turning machines and bar feeder applications (IEMCA or similar equipment) will be highly valued.

The ideal profile demonstrates a proven ability to diagnose faults, replace components, and restore equipment to full operational efficiency, combined with relevant technical qualifications such as NVQs in Engineering, ONC, or HNC.

Strong problem‑solving abilities, organizational skills, and clear communication are essential, along with a genuine customer‑oriented mindset and attention to delivering high‑quality service.
