We are looking for bubbly and outgoing Front of House Staff who are able to assist with the various different areas within our children's indoor play centre including front desk, food service, floor & table cleaning, frame supervision, general cleaning and party hosting. Candidates must be comfortable dealing with adults and children and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet all guests
- Answer guests queries in person and over the phone, deal with guests issues and complaints
- Handle Admissions and guest check in / check out procedures
- Accept guest payment, process credit card payments or make change
- Ensure accurate capacity management of the play centre
- Take and administer Children's Birthday Party Bookings
- Assist with birthday party planning and scheduling
- Assist with administrative duties
- Ensure accurate till tray management and cashing up procedures
- Ensure seating areas, toilets, soft play areas and back of house areas are kept clean
- Take food and beverage orders from guests
- Serve food and drinks consistent with the centre's quality standards
- Be able to make high quality teas & coffees (following training)
- Serve Ice Creams, Desserts, confectionary and pastries
- Operate coffee machines, soda fountains, and other food/drink prep items
- Deliver food from kitchen to guests in a timely manner
- Maintain clean service areas and ensure 5 star food hygiene standards
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience
- Clear, clean and replenish tables and condiment/cutlery stations
- Be able to clean the play frames and work within the play frames
- Assist in the cleaning of Play Frames, toilets and other areas

- Available to work Saturday, Sunday and school holidays
All candidates must be willing to undergo any necessary health & police checks and satisfy all requirements. DBS checks will be required.
