About the Role
We are looking for bubbly, confident and extremely outgoing children\’s birthday party hosts who have excellent customer service and time management skills and who love being around and working with children. Successful candidates must not be afraid of making a fool out of themselves to make the children laugh and must be available to work weekends and school holidays.Our children\’s birthday party hosts are expected to organise and run our Kids Birthday Parties, keeping our young guests and their parents happy and entertained to ensure they enjoy a great and memorable Birthday Party. Children\’s Party Hosts will be responsible for the whole birthday party experience from booking and taking payments, ensuring adequate party stock is available, greeting guests, serving food and drinks and cleaning up after the birthday parties. Each host will be given a birthday party schedule for the day and must ensure the birthday parties run smoothly, correct party food and drink are delivered to the guests efficiently and ensure that birthday parties do not run over allocated times.Birthday Party Hosts will also be expected to work in other Front of House Positions as and when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and run Kids Birthday Parties
- Keep young guests and parents happy and entertained
- Handle booking and taking payments
- Ensure adequate party stock is available
- Greet party guests
- Serve food and drinks during parties
- Clean and prepare party areas before and after each party
- Follow birthday party scheduleEnsure parties run on time and don\’t overrun
- Work in other Front of House positions as required

The only downside is that it can be hard work! You are on your feet all day, and will need to be flexible with rotas and will be expected to work weekends and school holidays.
All candidates must be willing to undergo any necessary health & police checks and satisfy all requirements. DBS checks will be required.
