Bubbles Swim School is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Level 2 Swim Teacher who also holds a Parent and Baby qualification. You will deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to children aged 8 weeks to 14 years, helping them build confidence, develop strong technique, and progress through recognised swim pathways.

This role primarily involves teaching Discovery Ducklings, Duckling levels, and Stages 1-5.

Working Hours

  • Saturdays: 13:00 - 17:00
  • Sundays: 09:00 - 13:00 (from September)

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver structured, engaging lessons aligned with Swim England award criteria
  • Create a positive, safe, and motivating learning environment
  • Assess swimmers' abilities during lessons and accurately determine appropriate class placement during trial sessions
  • Monitor progress and award appropriate badges (distance, stroke, and level progression)
  • Provide clear, accurate, and regular feedback to swimmers and parents
  • Work independently while maintaining high teaching standards
  • Use positive reinforcement to build confidence and enjoyment

Essential Requirements

  • SEQ Level 2 Swim Teaching qualification (or equivalent)
  • SEQ Level 2 Teaching Swimming to Babies and Toddlers (or equivalent)
  • NRASTC (or equivalent lifesaving qualification)
  • Minimum 2 years experience delivering unsupervised lessons to babies, toddlers, and children up to 14 years old
  • Valid, up-to-date DBS check
  • Full UK driving licence
