This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of launching and growing our brand across social media and our website. Your role will be to plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content that promotes our services, educates our audience, and builds brand awareness.
We are a young, creative, and ambitious agency gearing up for significant expansion, and we need a talented video content specialist to help us stand out. If you love storytelling through video and know how to create compelling content that grabs attention, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Create high-quality video content that showcases our expertise, services, and client successes across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Develop and manage a content calendar for video production, ensuring a steady stream of engaging content.
- Plan, shoot, and edit a mix of short-form and long-form videos, including educational content, behind-the-scenes agency insights, interviews, and promotional material.
- Optimize videos for each platform to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to align video content with brand messaging and campaigns.
- Experiment with creative formats and storytelling techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Stay up to date with video trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to ensure maximum impact.
This is a part-time role (3 days per week), with a mix of working from our office in Surbiton and remote work. You will be required to film and capture content in our office regularly. You will also need to join us at events, industry shows, and client locations each month to film and create content.
Requirements- Proven experience in video content creation with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience in shooting video content with an understanding of lighting, sound, and composition.
- Strong storytelling skills and an eye for engaging visuals.
- Understanding of social media video trends and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable being on camera or working with team members and clients to create engaging video content.
- Willingness to travel for events and shoots as needed.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus but not essential.
