We’re looking for a driven and strategic Operations Manager to join our journey. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone passionate about building efficient systems, leading teams, and enabling growth. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, working closely with the founder to scale our processes, support our delivery teams, and drive forward the agency’s vision. Key Responsibilities:- Operational Leadership
- Take ownership of the agency’s operational processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day delivery.
- Lead and support SEO and Digital PR managers, fostering collaboration and accountability within the teams.
- Build and refine workflows to optimise resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Partner with the founder to translate business objectives into actionable operational strategies.
- Streamline and enhance client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
- Oversee recruitment strategies to scale the team effectively, including the onboarding of freelancers and full-time hires.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team leads, ensuring alignment with the agency’s vision and goals.
- Drive a results-oriented culture, empowering the team to deliver exceptional campaigns for clients.
- Analyse performance metrics to identify operational improvements and support data-led decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the agency achieves its growth targets.
