Position Overview:
In this entry-level role, you\βll support our retail operations and ensure our retail partners have what they need to succeed. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, focusing on administrative support, technical troubleshooting, and data management. Currently, this is a contractor role, so you are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance contributions. There is potential for this position to become non-contractual in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day tasks, managing projects, organizing documents, and maintaining inventory records.
- Order Tracking & Documentation: Track product orders, ensure timely delivery, and keep accurate shipment and receipt records.
- Retail Data Management: Manage and update data related to inventory, sales, and promotions; generate reports as needed.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot retail systems (e.g., ERP, EDI, 3PL Portals) and escalate issues when necessary.
- Merchandising & Promotion Support: Coordinate setup of promotional materials and in-store displays, ensuring brand standards.
- Reporting: Generate and update Order Fill Rate and On-Time delivery reports to monitor performance.
- Special Projects: Contribute to projects aimed at improving retail operations and team goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\βs degree or relevant experience; retail, customer service, or administrative support experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); willingness to learn new systems (experience with Netsuite and EDI systems is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Interest in the beauty industry, particularly skincare, and a desire to grow in retail operations.
- Boots experience is preferred.
