The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an ambitious and driven Inside Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and win new business. This is a full-cycle sales role — you’ll win your own business and then develop those relationships into long-term, repeat customers. There is uncapped earning potential and a clear path into a senior sales role as the team grows.

The Role

  • Proactively generate new business through outbound sales activity (approx. 80%)
  • Respond to and convert inbound enquiries (approx. 20%)
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers and convert them into long-term clients
  • Take ownership of the accounts you win, managing and developing them to drive repeat business
  • Prepare quotes and follow up to close sales opportunities
  • Use CRM systems to manage pipeline, track activity, and maintain accurate customer records
  • Work towards and exceed individual sales targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally in an outbound or telesales role
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Experience using a CRM system to manage sales activity and pipeline
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to account development
  • Strong relationship‑building skills, with a focus on long‑term customer value
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and resilient
  • Well‑organised, with the ability to manage your own workload effectively
  • Experience in workwear and uniforms is desired but not essential
