We’re currently experiencing strong growth, with sales up 40% year-on-year, and have ambitious plans to scale further. We focus on long-term relationships and service, not transactional, price-driven sales.

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an ambitious and driven Inside Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and win new business. • Proactively generate new business through outbound sales activity
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers and convert them into long-term clients
  • Take ownership of the accounts you win, managing and developing them to drive repeat business
  • Prepare quotes and follow up to close sales opportunities
  • Use CRM systems to manage pipeline, track activity, and maintain accurate customer records
  • Work towards and exceed individual sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally in an outbound or telesales role
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Experience using a CRM system to manage sales activity and pipeline
