We’re currently experiencing strong growth, with sales up 40% year-on-year, and have ambitious plans to scale further. We focus on long-term relationships and service, not transactional, price-driven sales.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an ambitious and driven Inside Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and win new business. This is a full-cycle sales role — you’ll win your own business and then develop those relationships into long-term, repeat customers. There is uncapped earning potential and a clear path into a senior sales role as the team grows.
- Proactively generate new business through outbound sales activity
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers and convert them into long-term clients
- Take ownership of the accounts you win, managing and developing them to drive repeat business
- Prepare quotes and follow up to close sales opportunities
- Use CRM systems to manage pipeline, track activity, and maintain accurate customer records
- Work towards and exceed individual sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, ideally in an outbound or telesales role
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Experience using a CRM system to manage sales activity and pipeline
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to account development
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term customer value
- Clear progression into senior sales roles as the company grows
