As an Assistant Manager, you will:
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations, including staff scheduling, stock control, and administration.
- Lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence, maintaining high standards and team morale.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Assist with cash handling, end-of-day finance, and stock management.
- Motivate the team, promote sales targets, and uphold excellent ‘Sunny Service’ standards.
- Ensure consistent drink preparation, product quality, and allergen compliance.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and operational equipment.
- Support staff training and development, assigning tasks to maximise efficiency.
- Help drive sales and contribute to achieving store budget goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
