Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the store, ensuring a positive tone and strong work ethic by example.
- Strictly enforce food safety, sanitation, and regulatory policies.
- Supervise store sales performance and maintain cleanliness and presentation.
- Assign and manage shift scheduling for team members.
- Meet standards for quality, customer service, health and safety, protecting employees and customers.
- Recruit, select, orient, train, and retain part-time staff.
- Develop a passionate working environment and continuously grow the bubble baristas.
- Build, develop, and maintain a high-performing team.
- Respond to customer complaints and comments.
- Train and educate the team on drink processes and policies.
- Manage TikTok content creation.
- Complete reasonable tasks assigned by the company.
Qualifications
- Experience in a managerial/supervisory role driving a high-sales-focused culture in a fast-paced food/beverage industry.
- Flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Legally eligible to work in the UK.
- Energetic person with positive thinking and a "can do" attitude.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Willing to learn new skills and share knowledge with customers & the team.
