YOU WILL

  • Support the Store Manager with daily operations, including staff scheduling, stock control, and administration.
  • Lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence, maintaining high standards and team morale.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist with cash handling, end-of-day finance, and stock management.
  • Motivate the team, promote sales targets, and uphold excellent ‘Sunny Service’ standards.
  • Ensure consistent drink preparation, product quality, and allergen compliance.
  • Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and operational equipment.
  • Support staff training and development, assigning tasks to maximise efficiency.
  • Help drive sales and contribute to achieving store budget goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Complete the reasonable tasks that assigned by the company.

YOU ARE

  • Experienced in managerial/supervisor role in driving a high sales-focused culture in fast-paced food/beverage industry.
