As a Barista, you will:- Prepare drinks to recipe standards and maintain strong product & allergen knowledge
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote our menu, offers and loyalty app
- Keep the store clean, organised and well presented at all times
- Support store operations including opening/closing and stock management
- Manage and create content for the store’s TikTok account
- Complete required training and support the team with shift cover when needed
- Help drive sales to meet store targets
- Complete the reasonable tasks that assigned by the company
- Experience in driving a high-sales, customer-focused culture in a fast-paced food or beverage environment
- Proactive, with a “can do” attitude
- Passionate about people, service, and personal development
- Open to learning and sharing your knowledge with others
- Flexible with working hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed)
