About Bubble Bros
Bubble Bros is redefining how people enjoy wine. We produce a premium semi-sparkling wine served on tap, supplying fixed locations across the UK and the Middle East. Our format offers a fresh, sustainable, and modern alternative to traditional bottled wine, designed for high-footfall hospitality environments. Following strong growth to date, 2026 and beyond will be a key expansion phase. We are now looking to bring in a driven Field Sales Executive to directly fuel that growth by opening new fixed sites across London and other major UK cities.
The Role
This is a pure new-business, field sales role with a clear and simple measure of success: opening new fixed locations that stock Bubble Bros. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching to, and securing new on-trade partners, including bars, restaurants, venues, and hospitality groups. While you will be supported with some inbound leads and opportunities, the majority of your success will come from your ability to proactively source, develop, and close your own deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new fixed locations to stock Bubble Bros’ on tap wine across London and major UK cities
- Proactively prospect new leads through on-the-ground outreach, networking, and direct visits
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and close
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers within hospitality venues
- Consistently hit annual site-opening targets, with success measured by new locations secured
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activity, and progress
- Represent Bubble Bros professionally and passionately in the market
What Success Looks Like
- Achieving (and exceeding) annual new site-opening targets
- Building a strong pipeline of high-quality hospitality partners
- Establishing Bubble Bros as a must-have on-tap wine option in key UK cities
Experience & Requirements
- 1–2+ years’ experience in F&B field sales, on-trade sales, or hospitality sales
- Proven comfort with new business development and direct selling
- Happy spending time in the field, visiting venues and building relationships face-to-face
- Experience selling into bars, restaurants, or hospitality groups is highly desirable
- Valid right to work in the UK
Skills & Attributes
- Strong commercial instincts and a hunter mentality
- Confident communicator with the ability to pitch clearly and persuasively
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Organised, disciplined, and able to manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Resilient and persistent, with a positive attitude to rejection
- Genuine interest in drinks, hospitality, and emerging beverage formats
- Ambitious and excited by being part of a growing brand
What We Offer
- £30,000–£35,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- 10% annual bonus for hitting targets
- Additional 5% bonus for exceeding stretch targets
- Opportunity to play a key role in scaling a fast-growing drinks brand
- Autonomy, responsibility, and a clear path to impact
