My client is a well-established building services contractor based in South London, with over 20 years of experience delivering high-end projects across London and the surrounding areas. Their portfolio includes commercial developments up to £10m (M&E), as well as notable projects within the Healthcare and Education sectors.

Following a period of significant growth with turnover doubling in the past few years they are now looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to support project delivery and maintain their reputation for quality and reliability.

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple mechanical projects from successful tender through to handover, ensuring technical excellence, financial control, and client satisfaction. The role will be based either at their South London office, or initially on site at a North-West Surrey project.

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or Mechanical Project Manager in building services contracting
  • Strong commercial and technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and public health systems
  • Track record delivering projects across commercial or public sector environments
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and leadership skills
