They are searching for a Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager with residential / apartment project experience to manage the mechanical works which is worth £3M. Responsibilities and requirements Conduct weekly supervisor H&S site walks Conduct toolbox talks every week Understand and be able to work to a program and report delays. Ensuring the installation is carried out in accordance with the client\’s requirements, scope of works, drawings, and quality. Coordination of labour and subcontractors Record and manage VOs Test sheets filed out Previous Experience and qualification Trained as a plumber / pipefitter SSSTS Successful track record as a Site Manager of a residential project upwards of £1 million M&E.
