Mechanical Site Manager

MECHANICAL SITE MANAGER – IMMEDIATE START – West Ham

We are currently hiring for a Mechanical Supervisor on a short-term basis with the potential for long-term. The role will manage direct labour, health and safety and be client facing.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Be Fully qualified with a trade apprenticeship or NVQ equivalent in plumbing / pipefitting
• Have a number of years’ experience on similar residential apartment projects, preferably in a supervisor or Site Manager role.
• The ability to read and understand drawings
• Diligence, Commitment, and a strong attention to detail
• Pride in their work, to deliver a top-class end product
• Manage subcontractors
• SSSTS
• CSCS Card

Daily rate is negotiable depending on experience.
