Our client is delivering a portfolio of major commercial and high-end residential schemes across Central London, and we are now looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
This role suits a commercially aware Project Manager who understands how to control programme, cost, quality and client expectations on complex mechanical packages.
The Role
- Full responsibility for the end‑to‑end delivery of mechanical packages on projects up to £20m
- Act as the primary client-facing lead for the mechanical scope
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners
- Drive programme, sequencing and resource planning
- Work closely with commercial teams on cost control, variations and reporting
- Ensure technical excellence, resolving site issues efficiently and decisively
- Chair progress meetings and produce accurate weekly and monthly reports
- Ensure full compliance with HSEQ standards
About You
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services
- Track record delivering commercial or high‑end residential projects
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems and installation methodology
- Background as a Mechanical Engineer or Pipefitter is highly advantageous
- Confident, professional and comfortable representing the business to clients
