Mechanical Project Manager needed on a long-term basis for a super high-spec residential project in Hampstead.
My client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in residential projects. Each apartment is likely over Β£10M each.
Duties
- Manage and oversee the delivery of a large-scale residential mechanical install from start to finish
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and subcontractors β must be comfortable in a client-facing role
- Ensure technical excellence on site, advising operatives when needed and resolving issues as they arise
- Produce and manage weekly/monthly progress reports, tracking milestones and managing programme
- Maintain compliance with all Health and Safety regulations on site
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing residential mechanical projects
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and install methodology
- Previously worked as a Mechanical Pipefitter or Engineer before stepping up to Project Manager
- Confident communicator with the ability to represent the company to clients and stakeholders
Start Date β ASAP
Length β 12 months with the potential for ongoing work after this project.
