This role involves some US hours. We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to cover People team, HR, and other non-tech roles for one of our clients, a fast-growing insurance tech company in the United States. This role will involve a mixed shift pattern of 2 days UK hours, and 3 days US hours (EST).

Since 2020, we have been scaling teams for the likes of Microsoft, Mailchimp, Google, Quizlet, & Fortinet, to name a few, and are seeking an awesome TA to jump back into a super recruiting hot seat. We’re part machine, part human, and that’s where you come in; recruiting great people doesn’t happen without great people, and it’s those people that will always make up the backbone of our business. Our Talent Partners slot into our tech stack, and it’s this tech stack that powers your desk to enable you to be the best recruiter you can be.

The role itself:

  • Embedded within a client account, representing the client brand as an ‘in-house’ recruiter
  • Specializing in People team searches, sourcing top-tier talent for critical HR, Total Rewards, and People Partnering functions
  • Managing pipeline, scheduling interviews, and candidate negotiations
  • LinkedIn searching and networking as per required
  • Liaising with client-side external stakeholders
  • Working alongside bubb's creative team and account managers to optimise candidate attraction
  • Having fun hiring humans for awesome clients!
