A high-growth digital consultancy with household-name clients, public-sector builds and interesting problems is hiring a Senior Test Engineer who can own the test strategy end-to-end and is comfortable with hands-on manual testing and scalable automation.

Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain automated tests with Playwright + Cucumber.
- Keep frameworks slick, reliable and fast; champion continuous improvement.
- Execute smart manual testing where it adds the most value.
- Deliver API and Accessibility testing (Axe or similar).
- Wire tests into Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
- Plan testing, estimate, surface risks, and lead defect triage.
- Mentor teammates; raise the quality bar across squads (UK & India).
Qualifications
- 5+ years' automation experience with a solid manual testing backbone.
- ISTQB (Foundation or Advanced).
- Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform.
- Accessibility know-how (Axe or equivalent).
- Agile/Scrum native; clear communicator; proactive and delivery-driven.
