Our client is a London-based building services contractor delivering complex electrical and M&E packages across commercial, residential and specialist environments. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take commercial and delivery ownership of major Central London schemes, working as part of a highly collaborative senior project team. This role would also suit a strong Electrical Site-based Project Manager who has worked for large M&E Contractors in the past.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of electrical packages on projects valued up to £10m
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and client relationships
- Take responsibility for programme, cost, quality and safety
- Coordinate closely with mechanical and construction management teams
- Drive progress, resolve technical issues and manage change control
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering electrical works within the building services sector
- Background in commercial or complex technical environments (labs, healthcare, offices beneficial)
- Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
- SMSTS and relevant electrical qualifications
- Ability to manage stakeholders confidently at all levels
