Our client is a London-based building services contractor delivering complex electrical and M&E packages across commercial, residential and specialist environments. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take commercial and delivery ownership of major Central London schemes, working as part of a highly collaborative senior project team. This role would also suit a strong Electrical Site-based Project Manager who has worked for large M&E Contractors in the past.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of electrical packages on projects valued up to £10m
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors and client relationships
  • Take responsibility for programme, cost, quality and safety
  • Coordinate closely with mechanical and construction management teams
  • Drive progress, resolve technical issues and manage change control
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering electrical works within the building services sector
  • Background in commercial or complex technical environments (labs, healthcare, offices beneficial)
  • Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
  • SMSTS and relevant electrical qualifications
  • Ability to manage stakeholders confidently at all levels
