As a Production Assistant at Bubala, you’ll play an important role in supporting our drinks production and ensuring everything is prepared to a consistently high standard. You’ll work closely with the team to help with preparation, production, bottling, and general organisation, following our recipes and processes carefully. This is a part-time role working 2 days per week, Tuesday and Saturday.
Bubala has grown to three buzzing restaurants across London, with locations in Spitalfields, Soho, and King’s Cross, and we’re not stopping there! Our fourth restaurant, Covent Garden, is opening in October this year, making it an incredibly exciting time to join our growing team. Our menu celebrates the bold, complex flavours of the Middle East and an entirely vegetarian focus; we’re all about crafting unforgettable experiences in a fun, lively atmosphere.
