The Role - Chef De Partie (CDP) As a Chef de Partie at Bubala, you’ll be a key player in the kitchen, running your section efficiently and ensuring the highest quality dishes reach our guests.
You’ll take responsibility for prep, cooking, and service, following our recipe specifications and upholding our high standards.
You’ll also help guide new starters, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and work collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
This role requires confidence across multiple sections of the kitchen, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining quality and consistency.
