We're hiring a Chef De Partie at Bubala, someone who takes real ownership of their site and thrives on great hospitality, strong systems, and building happy, high-performing teams. You'll be primarily responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, leading your management team, driving performance, and making sure our standards are consistently high. This role is about setting the tone, developing people, and creating a restaurant that feels brilliant for both the team and our guests.

Bubala has grown to three buzzing restaurants across London, with locations in Spitalfields, Soho, and King's Cross, and we're not stopping there! Our fourth restaurant, Covent Garden, is opening in October this year, making it an incredibly exciting time to join our growing team.
Our menu celebrates the bold, complex flavours of the Middle East and an entirely vegetarian focus (we're not into substitutes here!), we're all about crafting unforgettable experiences in a fun, lively atmosphere. The Role - Chef De Partie (CDP)
As a Chef de Partie at Bubala, you'll be a key player in the kitchen, running your section efficiently and ensuring the highest quality dishes reach our guests. You'll take responsibility for prep, cooking, and service, following our recipe specifications and upholding our high standards. You'll also help guide new starters, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and work collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. This role requires confidence across multiple sections of the kitchen, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining quality and consistency.
