BTTG® in Manchester is seeking a proactive Technical Customer Services Administrator to join our Customer Service Team. You will support administrative tasks, coordinate sample processing, sales orders, quotations and subcontracted testing to deliver a high-quality service for our clients.
Reporting to the PPE Manager, you will manage CRM systems, handle customer communications, arrange couriers, and maintain accurate records to uphold service levels.
