Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic commercial and contractual support
  • Lead pre- and post-contract duties across various models
  • Collaborate with clients and contractors to drive performance
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth
  • Engage with stakeholders at executive level to build strong relationships
  • Lead complex, high-value contract negotiations
  • Oversee governance and risk management across multiple projects
  • Deliver accurate performance and financial reporting to support decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
  • MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or MCICES (Member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors), or actively working towards accreditation
  • Strong understanding of Network Rail standards and NEC contract frameworks
  • Proven line management experience, including team development and performance management
  • Experience managing complex infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders
