Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic commercial and contractual support
- Lead pre- and post-contract duties across various models
- Collaborate with clients and contractors to drive performance
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth
- Engage with stakeholders at executive level to build strong relationships
- Lead complex, high-value contract negotiations
- Oversee governance and risk management across multiple projects
- Deliver accurate performance and financial reporting to support decision-making
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or MCICES (Member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors), or actively working towards accreditation
- Strong understanding of Network Rail standards and NEC contract frameworks
- Proven line management experience, including team development and performance management
- Experience managing complex infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders
