BTS Spark UK is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of client programmes, coordinating coaches, activities and stakeholder updates. The role combines hands-on operations with strategic collaboration with the UK Director to pursue new opportunities.
Based on a home-based or hybrid setup, with monthly presence in London, you will use AI tools to accelerate processes, manage multiple programmes, and maintain a high standard of client service across education and non-profit.
