BTS Europe is expanding and marketing is a vital driver of visibility, demand generation, and client engagement. We are looking for a highly collaborative Regional Marketing Lead to support and execute our marketing efforts across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven experience in a B2B marketing role who enjoys both shaping direction and delivering hands‑on execution. You will partner closely with senior leaders in the region to drive a content‑based marketing strategy, while also coordinating with our global marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Planning & Coordination: Deliver the regional marketing plan and calendar for BTS Europe, guiding our brand development, POV penetration and new client acquisition. Align messaging and positioning across countries and ensure consistency with global brand guidance. Adapt global content and campaigns for local needs in collaboration with Heads of Office and regional subject matter experts.
- Campaigns, Content & Thought Leadership: Partner with regional Subject Matter Experts and Go‑to‑Market leaders to identify priority strategic content themes and create relevant content (case studies, blogs, white papers, articles) to showcase BTS’s expertise and points of view. Collaborate with the Global Marketing content team to leverage and share output across the region and globally. Lead content planning and posting for the BTS Europe LinkedIn channel. Support PR activities in partnership with Global Marketing. Leverage AI tools appropriately to enhance content creation, insight generation, and campaign delivery.
- Demand Generation & Sales Enablement: Partner with Business Development and Sales Enablement to support outreach, lead generation, and prospect engagement. Ensure effective use of Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing tools to track activity and generate insights.
- Measurement, Insights & Continuous Improvement: Monitor and report on campaign performance and marketing impact. Track competitor activity and market trends to shape future content themes and investments. Share insights proactively to help the function prepare for future technological and market shifts, particularly related to AI and digital transformation.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with European senior leaders and Centres of Expertise who develop our point of view and research to inform our work and drive our marketing initiatives. Coordinate with Global Marketing on content, PR, digital activities, and website updates. Provide occasional guidance to junior marketing or Business Development colleagues supporting regional efforts.
Required Skills And Experience
- Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing content for business audiences.
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and influence through strong relationships and clear communication.
- Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools into marketing processes and a forward‑looking mindset about emerging technologies and their impact.
- Experience with content‑based marketing and running multi‑channel campaigns.
- Ability to synthesise industry and market trends into practical go‑to‑market insights.
- Comfortable working across multiple geographies and collaborating with global teams.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot or other marketing automation tools (desired).
- Ability to work from our Portsmouth office (Lakeside North Harbour, in office 3 days per week) and travel to our London office occasionally.
