What you’ll do in your role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders from some of the world’s leading corporations – Global 100 and 500 companies – to learn how their business works, what their strategies are and how to shape the leadership capabilities of senior management to enable them to do the best work of their lives.
  • Identify strategic business opportunities and convert these into sales through the assessment of clients’ needs, understanding the BTS offerings, developing proposals and communicating these offerings to clients.
  • Develop new solutions by working in teams or alone. Effective design skills are critical; we customize solutions to our client’s unique context and need adept architects of learning experiences, including those that can be scaled and delivered globally.
  • Deliver authentic, engaging, interactive and impactful facilitation of programmes to global audiences that positions BTS as the best in the market.
  • Lead others within our internal client teams. Take responsibility for the learning and professional growth of the teams that work with you.

Variety is key in all our roles. You’ll work on multiple projects at one time, across different industries and with different internal teams. Much of our work is virtual, but for some roles there is also significant travel. You may be required to travel for up to 50% of the time.

The rest of your time is spent creating the amazing experiences we provide for our clients – interviewing leaders, conducting research and analysis and testing programmes.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience designing, developing and delivering leadership solutions to a range of audiences.
  • Proven experience of business development with a consultative approach to building and nurturing client relationships that drive sales.
  • Extensive presentation and facilitation skills in both an in‑person and virtual environment.
  • Able to create and share thought leadership in the people side of strategy to inspire clients and invite them into deeper conversations and relationships.
  • Embrace developments in technology and approach to design and deliver outstanding learning experiences at pace and scale.
  • Able to collaborate and develop others, providing feedback to improve performance and inspire confidence in work.
  • Business acumen and executive presence.
  • Able to draw on a substantial professional network for potential clients and talent.
  • Agile and curious mindset.
  • Excellent English language skills. Skills in another European language (French, German, Swedish, Dutch) are particularly desirable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in various settings, including large groups of business leaders.
