What you’ll do in your role
You will play a key role in business development, project scoping, development and delivery of custom leadership solutions across the talent life cycle for BTS clients. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a broad scope of capabilities and experience in leadership development. This role centres around the following responsibilities:

Partner with leaders from some of the world’s leading corporations – Global 100 and 500 companies – to learn how their business works, what their strategies are and how to shape the leadership capabilities of their senior management to enable them to do the best work of their lives.

Build client relationships and support sales through exploring clients’ needs, understanding the BTS offerings, contributing to proposals and the communication of these offerings to clients.

Develop new solutions by working in teams or alone. Effective design skills are critical to our future. We really customize solutions to our client’s unique context, so we need adept architects of learning experiences. We also need designers to be able to create solutions that can be scaled and delivered globally

Deliver authentic, engaging, interactive and impactful facilitation of programmes to global audiences that positions BTS as the best in the market

Develop others within our internal client teams. You’ll give feedback and support the growth and development of those that work with you.
Variety is key in all our roles. You’ll work on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. Much of our work is virtual, but for some roles there is also significant travel. You may be required to travel for up to 50% of the time.
The rest of your time is spent creating the amazing experiences we provide for our clients – interviewing leaders, conducting research and analysis and testing programmes.

Experience of designing, developing and delivering Leadership solutions to a range of audiences.
