The Client Response Associate supports the European Client Response Team (CRT) in creating high-quality proposals for our most important client opportunities, large and complex RFPs (Requests for Proposals) from global organisations.
These are usually for multi-country leadership development, strategy, or coaching programmes.
In this role, youll work side-by-side with the CRT Lead to coordinate input from different BTS experts, help craft compelling stories that highlight our impact, and make sure our proposals are delivered on time, consistent, and visually engaging.
Youll also play a key role in keeping our proposal materials organised, tracking results, and helping the team continuously improve how we respond to clients., The Client Response Associate plays a key role in supporting the European Client Response Team (CRT) in delivering high-quality, strategic, and globally aligned RFP responses for BTSs priority clients.
Working closely with the CRT Lead, this role helps coordinate proposal development, manage project timelines, ensure quality and consistency, and contribute to ongoing improvements in the RFP process.
- Support the end-to-end RFP process for complex proposals across Europe by coordinating input from subject matter experts and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
- Assist in shaping storylines and crafting proposal content that reflects BTSs distinct value proposition and leadership voice.
- Manage logistics on the proposal platform (document management, uploads, and version control).
- Collaborate with design, information security (infosec) and regional CRT members to ensure visually compelling, compliant, and client-ready materials.
- Maintain shared proposal libraries and support tracking of win/loss data, client feedback, and key learnings.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, such as streamlining templates, refining content, or introducing new digital tools.
- Partner with the Head of CRT to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing across regional and global CRT teams.
Demonstrable experience in proposal management, consulting, business development, or another deadline-driven, high-quality written output environment.
- Proven track record of contributing to or owning complex, high-value written deliverables (e. g. RFPs, bids, client proposals, or strategic documents).
- Excellent written communication skills, with evidence of translating complex or technical input into clear, structured, and persuasive content.
- Strong project management capability, including managing multiple concurrent workstreams, prioritising effectively, and delivering to tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating input from multiple stakeholders (including senior or cross-functional contributors), often without direct reporting lines.
- Advanced proficiency in Power Point and experience working with collaborative document platforms (e. g.
Share Point, Google Drive, or proposal management tools such as Loopio or Responsive).
- Practical experience using AI tools (e. g. Claude, Chat GPT or similar) to improve efficiency or quality of work outputs, with an understanding of their limitations.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with evidence of identifying issues early and taking ownership to resolve them.
Desirable criteria
- Experience working on global or multi-country proposals, bids, or client engagements.
- Familiarity with professional services environments (e. g. consulting, leadership development, strategy, or coaching).
- Exposure to formal RFP processes or enterprise procurement environments.
- Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives (e. g. templates, content libraries, or workflow optimisation).
