Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess experience in Schedule of Rates (SOR) void works or have a background in local authority framework contracts. You will demonstrate strong analytical and negotiation capabilities, alongside a proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the effective management of all commercial and contractual aspects of projects, from initial inception through to final account. Working collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients, you will ensure robust cost control, risk management, and value optimisation throughout the project lifecycle.
